πŸͺ™ Token Distribution & TGE

The Token Generation Event (TGE) marked the transformation of Vertus from a simple mining game into a project with a real, on-chain cryptocurrency. It was a key milestone that turned $VERT from an in-app balance into a recognized token within the wider crypto ecosystem.

As part of the TGE, all in-game balances were converted into on-chain $VERT. A fair conversion coefficient was applied to ensure the transition remained within the fixed maximum supply of 1.2 billion tokens. This approach guaranteed that every player was rewarded proportionally for their activity during the mining era, while protecting the token’s long-term sustainability.

During the TGE phase, users had the opportunity to withdraw their $VERT either to exchanges or to the Vertus Wallet. Withdrawals and claims were available up to 21 days after the official listing date. After this period, the claiming process was closed, and there is now no way to claim tokens anymore.

The community received the majority of tokens through mining and conversion, reflecting the early participation and growth of the ecosystem. Following distribution, $VERT entered the open market and became tradable. On January 17, 2025, the token was officially listed across several major exchanges, including Bitget, MEXC, Gate.io, BitMart, and BingX, marking the beginning of Vertus as a fully live and accessible cryptocurrency.
